CT Marketing Agency is seeking creative and reliable Remote Freelance UGC Content Creators to produce high-quality photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns. This is a remote, freelance, project-based contractor role.

You may create content for websites, paid ads, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital channels. Projects may include product unboxings, reviews, try-on videos, lifestyle videos, short-form social videos, photography assets, and custom creative brief requests.

This is not an influencer posting role. You will not be required to post content on your personal social media accounts. The content you create will typically be used by clients on their own social media, websites, ads, and marketing channels.

About the Role


Project managers will send creative brief opportunities with project details, deliverables, deadlines, and payment information. You can accept or decline each project. Once accepted, you will create and submit the content, communicate with our team, complete revisions if needed, and receive payment after approval.

We are especially interested in creators with experience in fashion, beauty, wellness, consumer products, technology, food and beverage, lifestyle, experiences, and similar industries.

Responsibilities

  • Create photo and video assets for digital and social media campaigns
  • Shoot your own video and photography content based on creative briefs
  • Act as on-screen talent when needed
  • Handle content production from concept to filming, editing, and final delivery
  • Create short-form videos, reels, social posts, product reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and similar assets
  • Submit content by assigned deadlines
  • Communicate with project managers and implement feedback or revisions
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, formats, and platform best practices

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of photography, videography, video production, or content creation experience
  • Online portfolio or PDF showing current work and brand storytelling ability
  • Ability to shoot high-quality photo and video content independently
  • Video editing experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar apps/software
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and memorizing scripts when needed
  • Strong understanding of social media content, digital marketing, and platform best practices
  • Own camera, lighting, microphone, and related production equipment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
  • Openness to feedback and collaboration

Preferred Experience

  • Experience creating UGC-style ads, product demos, testimonials, reviews, try-on videos, or lifestyle content
  • Ability to identify emerging TikTok and Instagram trends
  • Experience with fashion, beauty, wellness, tech, food and beverage, lifestyle, or consumer product content
  • Influencer experience or strong social media engagement

Compensation


Payment varies by assignment, with most projects ranging from $50 to $500, depending on scope and deliverables.

Pay dates are every Friday for assignments completed and approved by the team through Wednesday of the same week.
