   We collect identification, professional history, and assessment data (including skills testing, scoring, and questionnaires) to evaluate your candidacy. We process this data based on our interest in hiring and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

3. Data Retention Policy

   Permanent Record Retention: To ensure the integrity of our recruitment process, maintain historical scoring benchmarks, and comply with internal record-keeping audits, Coalition Technologies does not fully delete candidate applicant data. We retain a full and permanent record of candidate profiles, assessment scores, and processing history. This allows us to ensure fairness in future applications and maintain a comprehensive database of candidate performance. By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to this permanent retention policy.

4. Data Sharing & Authorized Partners
   • No Sale of Data: Coalition Technologies does not sell candidate data.
   • Partner Sharing: If you provide explicit authorization, we may share your full application and skills testing data with partner companies seeking similar applicants.
   • Third-Party Disclaimer: Once data is transferred to a partner company following your authorization, that entity becomes an independent Data Controller. Coalition Technologies disclaims all liability for the use, storage, security, or further disclosure of data by such third parties.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following provisions apply:

   • "As-Is" Basis: All recruitment services and data processing are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute security of your data or the platform's freedom from errors.
   • No Guarantee of Security: While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
   • Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Coalition Technologies, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of employment opportunities, arising out of our data practices.
   • Aggregate Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of this Privacy Policy shall not exceed $100 USD.
6. Regional Specifics

   United States (including Washington & California)

   • Rights: In accordance with CCPA/CPRA and other state laws, you may request access to your data. Note that requests for deletion are subject to legal and business exceptions, including our requirement to maintain recruitment records and scoring integrity.
   • Do Not Track: We do not honor "Do Not Track" signals as session tracking is required for the application and testing processes.

   European Union & United Kingdom (GDPR)

   • Legal Basis: We process data based on Legitimate Interest (business recruitment and audit integrity) and Consent.
   • Data Subject Rights: While GDPR provides a "Right to Erasure," this right is not absolute. We may deny deletion requests where the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or for legitimate business record-keeping.
   • Transfers: You acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

   For all other regions, data is handled according to the US standards described above. By submitting an application, you consent to the permanent retention of your data in the United States.

   By submitting your application and any associated files or test results, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and expressly agree to the Permanent Data Retention Policy, the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability, and the processing of your data as described herein.
