  • Technical skills such as familiarity with Word, Excel, and basic software

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Must be professional and discreet

Your duties will include:

  • Maintenance of paper and electronic files

  • Coordination of schedules

  • Planning of personal and office meetings and events

  • Ensuring office supplies and facilities are maintained

  • Respond and manage correspondence through email and mail

  • Answering phone calls and taking clear notes

  • Managing projects given to you

  • Assist with financial records and accounting tasks
