We are seeking an experienced Staff Trainer to join our team. You will design, develop, and facilitate training programs tailored to our Learning Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client’s business needs and training requirements
- Design and develop training materials as per clients’ needs
- Implement and facilitate virtual training programs
- training processes and monitor results for areas of improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience using ADDIE instructional design model (highly preferred).
- History designing and developing training routines for LMS softwares.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via inbound/outbound calls & emails.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a team environment and also work independently.
- Superb interpersonal skills with proven experience collaborating with teams and building cross-functional relationships
- Ability to successfully facilitate multiple live training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization.
