Staff Trainer at Atlanta Georgia Digital

We are seeking an experienced Staff Trainer to join our team. You will design, develop, and facilitate training programs tailored to our Learning Management System.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client’s business needs and training requirements
  • Design and develop training materials as per clients’ needs
  • Implement and facilitate virtual training programs
  • training processes and monitor results for areas of improvement

Qualifications:

  • Experience using ADDIE instructional design model (highly preferred).
  • History designing and developing training routines for LMS softwares.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via inbound/outbound calls & emails.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a team environment and also work independently.
  • Superb interpersonal skills with proven experience collaborating with teams and building cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to successfully facilitate multiple live training sessions to employees at all levels of the organization.

Education:

  • B.S. or B.A. preferred

Job Type: Full-time
