Administrative Support Assistant at Atlanta Georgia Digital

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and marketing functions to increase sales and drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Managers in various tasks related to client management.
  • Perform online product searches and create presentations.
  • Enter quotes, invoices, purchase orders and vendor bills.
  • Organize calendars of management and other team members
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel and Google Suite a plus.
  • Familiar with online store platforms and email marketing software.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via inbound/outbound calls & emails.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a team environment and also work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented.

Education:

  • B.S. or B.A. preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Depends on skills and/or qualifications

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
