We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and marketing functions to increase sales and drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in various tasks related to client management.
- Perform online product searches and create presentations.
- Enter quotes, invoices, purchase orders and vendor bills.
- Organize calendars of management and other team members
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel and Google Suite a plus.
- Familiar with online store platforms and email marketing software.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via inbound/outbound calls & emails.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a team environment and also work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented.
