Experience with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS
At least 1 year experience in recruiting or human resources
Knowledge of Google Suite, including but not limited to Docs, Sheets, Drive
Confidence to conduct interviews and negotiate job offers
Create job descriptions and finding appropriate job boards to post job ads
Identify, recruit, interview and hire potential candidates through our customized ATS system.
Provide an exceptional onboarding experience to our team’s new hires
Update and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system
Leverage ATS resources to provide accurate and up-to-date reporting
Attend company meetings designed to allow collaboration and communication between other members of the team and different time zones
