New York Agency is searching for a passionate and eager administrative assistant to support our full service digital marketing team. The new administrative assistant will join in a full-time role, working closely with Executive Assistants and other members of management.

Preferred Experience
- At least 2 year experience in customer service/reception and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, including but not limited to Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Using e-phone systems such as RingCentral or Zoom
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheet skills
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and replying to general company emails
- Tracking, ordering, and stocking office supplies
- Providing administrative support to Executive expenses
- Processing expenses, managing company subscriptions, and booking travel as needed
- Attend company meetings designed to allow collaboration and communication between other members of the team and different time zones
