Administrative Assistant at New York Agency

New York Agency is searching for a passionate and eager administrative assistant to support our full service digital marketing team. The new administrative assistant will join in a full-time role, working closely with Executive Assistants and other members of management.

Preferred Experience

  • At least 2 year experience in customer service/reception and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including but not limited to Docs, Sheets, Drive
  • Using e-phone systems such as RingCentral or Zoom
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheet skills

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and replying to general company emails
  • Tracking, ordering, and stocking office supplies
  • Providing administrative support to Executive expenses
  • Processing expenses, managing company subscriptions, and booking travel as needed
  • Attend company meetings designed to allow collaboration and communication between other members of the team and different time zones
