Aerospace Manufacturing Quality Final "FAI" Inspector, Req. 26-001

Full Time Position
Manufacturing Aerospace Shop Q.A. Final (F.A.I.) Inspector Position
Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Inspection, reading documentations and blue prints.
Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102 inspection guidelines, Rockwell Hardness and Electrical Conductivity Inspection experience.
Knowledge in using calibrated measuring instruments to measure dimensional features
8-10 years prior quality inspection and test experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry
Prepare non-conforming materials reports and follow-up corrective action dispositions that are issued
Quality Control Analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of machinery tools, equipment, and machines used in Manufacturing Aerospace parts.
Sound knowledge of the standards and working principles of manufacturing and production aerospace industry
Well versed in mechanical principles, welding, measuring tools, and blue print reading
Possess strong knowledge of examining defect parts,
Ability to generate ideas with strong problem solving skills, Critical thinking, judgement and decision making skills.
Possess good visual ability and has the ability to communicate proficiently in English
Good Positive Attitude, Good Work Ethics
Organized, Dependable, Reliable, Focused
Excellent Communication Skills: Needs to Write, Read, Understand and Speak/Communicate in English
Excellent writing skills, excellent email and letter correspondence skills
Project Management Skills, Departmental Development Skills, Customer Relations Skills and Organization Skills.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
High School Graduate / Diploma, Some College or College Degree Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
M-Friday 5-1:30 p.m. and OT as required

Pay Rate starts at $35+ p/hr - Competitive Rates for Skilled and Experienced Candidates and College degree Candidates.
