Currently seeking a full-time, LA based Nurse Recruiter to work with our customer service driven healthcare staffing company. The ideal candidate will possess at least year of recruiting experience (specifically nurse recruiting)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy to recruit nurses to join the Coast team
- Facilitate onboarding process of new nurses
- Maintain positive rapport with recruits and continue to develop the relationship
- Build strong nurse referral network
- Provide regular reporting on activity and progress
Requirements
- Recruiting experience (nurse recruiting preferred)
- Proven ability to create and execute recruiting strategy
- Ability to develop meaningful, lasting relationships
- Remain organized while managing multiple recruits and initiatives
- Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
- Strong customer service and soft skills
- Punctual, professional, reliable and trustworthy
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $48k per year
- Significant bonus eligibility. The right candidate will earn 6 figures with performance based bonuses
