Sales & Business Development at Coast Medical Service

Currently seeking a full-time LA based Sales & Business Development professional to work with our customer driven healthcare staffing company. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-years experience in B2B sales (especially to hospitals).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy to sign agreements with new hospital clients, including: create target client lists, develop sales pitch, perform sales calls and close deals
  • Facilitate onboarding process of clients to Coast
  • Maintain positive rapport with hospital clients, providing customer service and ongoing service
  • Create regular reporting on activity and progress
  • Perform project management duties on for various company initiatives

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience (especially to hospitals)
  • Proven ability to create and execute sales strategy
  • Ability to deliver dynamic presentations and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to remain organized while managing multiple deals
  • Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
  • Strong customer service and soft skills
  • Punctual, professional and reliable

Bonus points if staffing company experience servicing hospitals

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $45k - $75k per year
  • Significant bonus eligibility. The right candidate will earn 6 figures with performance based bonuses
