Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Control Tool Attendant to join our aerospace team in Long Beach/Carson facility. This role is responsible for managing tool inventory, issuing and tracking tools, and supporting production operations through accurate data entry and organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory or tool control, strong data entry skills, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Issue, receive, and track tools and equipment for production use

Maintain accurate inventory records and tool logs in the system

Perform regular inventory counts and audits

Ensure tools are properly stored, maintained, and accounted for

Enter data accurately and in a timely manner into company systems

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams

Identify missing, damaged, or outdated tools and report accordingly

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tool crib/work area

Follow all company safety and aerospace compliance standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in inventory control, tool crib, or related role preferred

Strong data entry and basic computer skills required

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to lift, move, and manage tools and equipment as needed

Preferred (but not required)

Aerospace manufacturing experience

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems

Knowledge of tool calibration tracking or control processes
