YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Familiarity with the ADDIE methodology
Excellent written and spoken English
The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
The ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment
Passion to build a startup

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

Learning about our customers’ business and assisting them with generating original virtual training material
Designing and developing learning content
Implementing training programs
Effectively communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
Time budgeting for large projects

Remote work optional (will continue post-pandemic)
